Warning: The self-flaring system is suitable to be installed on copper tubes for refrigeration and conditioning systems. The copper tube must have a thickness comprised between 0,8mm to 1,00 mm. For other thicknesses, tightness is not guaranteed. Instructions for installation: 1. Cut and deburr the copper tube and make sure that its circular section remains unchanged. 2. Introduce the nut on the copper tube (A1) 3. Introduce the nose into the tube until standstill (A2-A3) 4. Screw the nut by hand (B6) and tighten it with one and a half turn using a spanner (C7-C8) and keeping the tube pressed on the bottom of the nose. 5. Slightly loosen the nut to check the correct installation: the nose must have a flared and rounded shape. Tighten the nut once and for all with ¼ turn to guarantee the tightness of the system.
