COPPER TUBE CHARACTERISTICS:
Annealed ACR (R220) with mechanical properties, dimensions, tolerances, and eccentricity meeting UNI EN 12735-1 standards.
Suitable for refrigerants R407C and R410A, internally cleaned and dehumidified with inert gas with a maximum overall residue of 0.034 g/m² and sealed ends as per ASTM B280.
Insulation
Cross-linked polyethylene foam with the following technical values:
Thermal conductivity at 40°C 0.040 W/m*K
Water vapor diffusion resistance factor (anti-condensation) 10000
Fire reaction class 1
Operating temperature -80°/+120°C
CFC-free
External coating in extruded polyethylene (LDPE) color white, flame retardant additive, adherent to the foam to ensure high anti-condensation performance, excellent abrasion, and tear resistance.

SELF-SEALING FITTING CHARACTERISTICS:
The metal seal and operating pressure up to 140 bar make this product particularly suitable for refrigeration and conditioning systems using new low environmental impact refrigerants for connecting tubes, valves, tanks, and general line components.
The biting ring acts like a clamp on the outer surface of the tube to resist pressure and provide an effective seal.

No need to calibrate or collar the tube end, or tighten with a torque wrench
