Description:
Includes 9 sizes (from 105 to 1500 m³/h) and 5 versions (wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted, exposed, and recessed), each equipped with 3 or 4-row heat exchange coils, and the option to add a 1 or 2-row coil for four-pipe systems. This range is the most comprehensive, ideally suited for various work environments such as offices, shops, restaurants, and hotel rooms with ducted installations and pressure drops up to 50 Pa.
Technical Features:
– Covering unit: Made of robust side panels in shock-resistant synthetic material (ABS) and a front section in hot-dip galvanized and pre-painted steel. The air discharge grille, made of synthetic material, is a reversible type with fixed blades and is positioned on the top.
– Standard Colors:
– Side panels and air discharge grille: Pantone Cool Grey 1C (light grey)
– Front section: RAL 9003 (white)
– Other colors available upon request.
– Supporting internal structure: Made of galvanized sheet metal, 1 mm thick, comprising two side panels and a rear wall insulated with a 3 mm thick closed-cell polyethylene mat, class M1.
– Filter: Renewable honeycomb polypropylene. The galvanized sheet metal frame is inserted into guides fixed to the internal structure, allowing for easy removal. A front filter cover in plastic, matching the color of the air discharge grille, highlights the filter.
– Ventilation unit: Composed of particularly silent centrifugal fans with double intake, with aluminum or plastic impellers statically and dynamically balanced, directly mounted on the motor shaft.
– Electric Motor: Single-phase, with six speeds, three of which are connected, mounted on anti-vibration elastic supports, with a permanently inserted capacitor, internal thermal protection with automatic reset, protection rating IP 20, and class B.
– Heat Exchange Coil: Constructed with copper tubes and aluminum fins fixed to the tubes with mechanical crimping. The main coil and any additional coil are equipped with two Ø 1/2 female gas connections. The collectors include air vents and water drains Ø 1/8 gas. The exchanger is not suitable for use in corrosive atmospheres or environments where aluminum corrosion may occur. The coils are reversible: the connection side can be reversed during on-site assembly.
– Condensate Collection Tray: Made of plastic, L-shaped, and fixed to the internal structure; in the MO-MVB and IV-IO versions, the tray is insulated with a 3 mm thick closed-cell polyethylene mat, class M1. The condensate drain pipe has an outer diameter of Ø 15.
