Description:
This model comes in 9 sizes (from 105 to 1500 m³/h) and 5 versions (wall-mounted and ceiling-mounted, visible and recessed), each equipped with thermal exchange batteries of 3 or 4 rows and the option to add a 1 or 2-row battery for 4-pipe systems.
It is the most complete range, perfectly suited to meet all air conditioning needs for work environments such as offices, shops, restaurants, and hotel rooms with ducted installations with pressure losses up to 50 Pa.
Technical Features:
Covering unit: made of sturdy side panels in impact-resistant synthetic material (ABS) and a front section in hot-dip galvanized and pre-painted steel sheet. The air discharge grille, made of synthetic material, is of the reversible type with fixed blades and is positioned on the top.
Standard colors:
– Side panels and air discharge grille: Pantone Cool Grey 1C (light grey)
– Front section: RAL 9003 (white)
– Other colors available upon request.
Supporting internal structure: made of galvanized sheet metal, 1 mm thick, consisting of two side panels and a rear wall insulated with a 3 mm thick closed-cell polyethylene mat, class M1.
Filter: regenerable in polypropylene honeycomb. The frame, made of galvanized sheet metal, is inserted into guides fixed to the internal structure allowing easy removal. A front cover for the filter, in plastic material of the same color as the air discharge grille, highlights its presence.
Fan unit: consists of particularly quiet double-inlet centrifugal fans, with aluminum or plastic impellers statically and dynamically balanced, directly mounted on the motor shaft.
Electric motor: single-phase type, with six speeds including three connected, mounted on anti-vibration elastic supports with a permanently inserted capacitor, internal thermal protection with automatic reset, IP 20 protection class, and class B.
Thermal exchange battery: constructed with copper tubes and aluminum fins fixed to the tubes by mechanical crimping. The main battery and any additional battery are equipped with two Ø 1/2 female gas connections. The collectors have air vents and water drains Ø 1/8 gas. The exchanger is not suitable for use in corrosive atmospheres or environments where corrosion of aluminum may occur. The batteries are reversible: the connection side can be reversed during installation on-site.
Condensate collection tray: made of plastic, shaped like an L, and fixed to the internal structure; in the MO-MVB and IV-IO versions, the tray is insulated with a 3 mm thick closed-cell polyethylene mat, class M1. The condensate drain pipe is Ø 15 external.
