Ultra-fast sealant for leaks in air conditioning and refrigeration systems
FixQuick is an ultra-fast sealant designed to permanently repair leaks up to 1 mm on flat, curved, vertical and horizontal surfaces of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including vehicle systems.
Ideal for urgent repairs or as an alternative to welding when welding is not possible. FixQuick allows a quick and easy application in three simple steps: liquid + powder + liquid.
Once applied to the leak, FixQuick forms a stable barrier resistant to chemical and mechanical stress, withstanding pressures up to 50 bar and temperatures up to 250°C.
Its special fluorescent formulation allows easy inspection of previous repairs with a UV lamp and helps identify earlier repair points.
Also ideal for repairing leaks in cooling system radiators.

Application method
Clean the repair area thoroughly using sandpaper. Dry and remove any residue that may affect the action of FixQuick.
Apply STEP 1 liquid around the leak and directly on it without applying pressure.
Apply STEP 2 powder on the treated surface creating a thin layer.
Apply STEP 1 liquid again to level and complete the repair.
Wait 20 seconds for pressures up to 20 bar or 20 minutes for pressures up to 50 bar.
