The IFM IE5340 inductive sensor is a cylindrical threaded sensor for non-contact detection of metal objects in automation and machine applications. The short housing facilitates use in limited installation space. The sensor is designed for DC power supply and is equipped with a normally open switching output. Visible LED signaling allows checking the switching status during operation.
