The TECH PAC MC BLACKOUT backpack is a stealth version of the popular TECH PAC MC backpack, equipped with Veto Pro Pac’s proprietary V-SWAP system. It comes with tool and meter panels. Laptop and tool storage panels are available and sold separately and can be replaced to provide storage solutions for tools, equipment, or specific jobs. To increase the backpack’s versatility, additional tool and meter panels can be purchased separately.
