DESCRIPTION:
The TECH PAC from VETO PRO PAC is the first tool-carrying backpack designed specifically for professional craftsmen who need to climb stairs or cover long distances on a daily basis.
It is engineered to safely and comfortably transport a variety of tools during the maintenance of equipment accessible via booms or cage ladders, or in urban and industrial settings where long walks are necessary. The Tech Pac features Veto Pro Pacs patented central panel, a robust construction, and an injection-molded, waterproof stabilizing base that keeps tools dry even in adverse conditions.
With 46 internal and external pockets, the Tech Pac offers generous space for hand tools, tape measures, toolboxes, cordless drills, and impact drivers, as well as bulkier items such as multiple pressure gauges, hoses, cables, and even a tablet. An innovative quick-release handle provides easy access to the largest tool compartment while reducing strain on the shoulder strapsunlike any other backpack.
Its patented central panel design includes dual compartments with two tool storage platforms in each. The configurationwith the primary tool and tape storage options on each sidecentralizes and stabilizes the load. Whether closed for transport or open for quick access, the Tech Pac is engineered not to tip over, unlike most backpacks.
Additional features include Drings, pockets for extensions and USB keys, stainless steel tape clip holders, and a 7×10 pocket for a tablet or laptop (suitable for small laptops or most tablets).
The TECH PAC is also designed for comfort, featuring a thermoformed EVA-padded back panel that helps absorb the load (while providing structural stability), a padded shoulder strap system with multiple adjustment points, and an ergonomic TPV rubber handle.
Among the toughest tasks for craftsmen are those that require climbing stairs or carrying tools over long distances. You must be able to transport all the tools you need safely and comfortably, said Roger Brouard, founder of Veto Pro Pac and designer of the Tech Pac.
Brouard added: We wanted to see firsthand how field craftsmen cope with these conditions, so I spent weeks with them on-siteobserving everything from OSHAs three-point contact rules on ladders, to carrying tools with a rope, to the need for a backpack that can pass through cages and lift when in use, to one that remains comfortable and dry even under damp or muddy conditions. This product is the result of those observations and our resolve to overcome these challenges.
